BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Developer Douglas Jemal won the auction for the Mahoney building on Court Street in downtown Buffalo at $4.1 million.
The nearly 69,000 square foot building sits across the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.
The bidding which took place Thursday morning started at $750,000.
