BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - WKBW has become the first station serving the Buffalo / Western New York area to join DirecTV Now. It's part of an expansion by the AT&T owned DirecTV into more local markets.
DirecTV Now is a streaming television subscription, offering channels through a smart TV or connected device. You will be able to stream most WKBW and ABC programming live through a DirecTV Now subscription. As of this writing, no other local Buffalo television stations are available on the service.
WKBW continues to expand into a wide array of digital products, currently offering local news channels on Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Amazon's Alexa, as well as a dedicated app on the Apple App Store and Google Play for mobile devices.
