A Williamsville man has been charged with enticing a minor, and faces up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Acting U.S. Attorney James Kennedy says Christopher Chase, 49, began an online conversation with a girl on March 10. He used the name "The Dark Father" according to officials.

According to Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian Counihan, Chase asked, "So, are you still looking for a boyfriend? And do you like older men?" He continued by saying he was looking for an "[e]specially submissive" girlfriend. Investigators say he then asked for a cell phone number to continue the conversation.

Officials say in a text on March 11, Chase asked, "Now the evil question are you really 18." The girl replied back saying she was only 15-years-old, but Chase continued to contact her, according to Counihan.

Chase then requested "naughty photos" and continued a graphic conversation detailing sexual activities, according to the U.S. Attorney's office.

Counihan says on March 29, Chase arranged to meet the girl at Walgreens in Depew on April 2 to have sex with her.

On April 3, Homeland Security Investigations say they saw Chase's car parked down the street from the meeting place just before the time he was supposed to meet the girl.

After he pulled into the parking lot, Chase was placed under arrest. Investigators also found condoms and sex lubricant.
