Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz will present his proposed 2018 Erie County budget today at 10 a.m. at the Rath Building on Franklin Street.
Erie County Comptroller Stefan Mychajliw will then address the proposed 2018 County budget at 10:45 this morning, also in the Rath Building.
