Westminster Presbyterian held its second "Requiem for the Homeless" Friday night.

There are an estimated 5,700 homeless persons living in Erie County, with the majority in the City of Buffalo, with the service the church hopes to bring awareness to the homeless population that is often forgotten.

A free-will offering was held during the service with donations set to be split equally between the Salvation Army, City Mission, and Friends of Night People.
