The help wanted sign is out at Buffalo's newest hotel.

The leadership team from The Westin Buffalo will be conducting interviews Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Lexus Club at the First Niagara Center.

Open positions include supervisors for engineering, guest services and housekeeping as well as housekeeping and valet staff, room attendants and transportation personnel.

The hotel, which will be the first Westin in New York state outside of New York City, will feature 116 rooms, a business center and a fitness center with views of downtown. Patina 250, a restaurant specializing in modern-American fare, will occupy part of the first floor.

Both the hotel and restaurant are expected to open in mid-September.

The Westin Buffalo is part of the new Delaware North headquarters building at Delaware and Chippewa. The 12-story glass building is also home to Key Bank's Buffalo headquarters.

Westin is part of the Starwood Hotels and Resorts family.
