A West Seneca teen has been arrested and charged with raping a 13-year-old girl.
Police say 18-year-old Adario Morrison was taken into custody on Thursday on an arrest warrant.
Investigators say Morrison allegedly had sexual intercourse with the teen victim in August of 2016.
Morrison has been charged with second degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned and held in lieu of $15,000 bail.
He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center and is due back in court at a later date.
