West Seneca residents question policy requiring residents to pay for damaged sidewalks

It's a policy many West Seneca residents are unaware of.

According to the West Seneca Bee, residents are required to pay for damaged sidewalks. Town officials have been going around town, marking sidewalks that are cracked or are in need of repair. This law has been in place since 1990.
