West Seneca police have issued a warrant for 21 year old Kyle Smith. Smith is wanted for felony grand larceny in connection to thefts from vehicles in August.
Smith can be identified by a tattoo of an eye on the front of his neck. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call West Seneca police at 674-3154.
