A Wellsville man is locked up and facing two counts of second degree rape.
Officers say they arrested 25-year-old Anthony Poole last week following a lengthy joint investigation by both the Wellsville Police Department and the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation. According to police, the investigation isn't finished and further charges are pending.
Poole is currently being held at the Allegany County Jail on $20,000 bail.
