When it comes to customer service, Wegmans ranks towards the top of the list.
A new report from tax and advisory firm KPMG ranks grocery chain Wegmans as the seventh best company in customer service.
The "2018 U.S. Customer Experience Excellence Analysis" looked at six pillars of customer experience, including personalization, integrity, expectations, resolution, time and effort and empathy.
Customers also ranked Amazon, Publix and Disney Parks at the top of the list. Navy Credit Federal Union came in at number one.
According to KPMG, the study encompassed more than 7,000 consumers and 250 brands across 10 business sectors.
