While the new Pokemon Go game is exciting Pokemon trainers around the world, police in Australia are worried about the safety of distracted players.

"[It's] a good idea to look up, away from your phone and both ways before crossing the street," read a post on the Northern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services' Facebook. "That Sandshrew isn't going anywhere fast."

It's a good warning. Since the game hit Android and iOS in the past two days, Poke-addicts everywhere have had their faces glued to their smartphones as they try to "catch 'em all."
