A 48-year-old man is in serious condition Tuesday night after being hit by a FedEx delivery truck while trying to cross Walden Avenue in the Town of Lancaster.
Police say the accident happened at Walden Avenue near Edward. The road was closed while accident investigators assessed the scene but has since re-opened.
The accident remains under investigation.
