Using videos to sell homes has a large advantage.

"Realtors who use videos actually have 403% more inquiries than those who do not" Jordan Scinta, co-founder of Three Sixty Views said.

Three Sixty Views is one of the only companies in Western New York that is feeding the need for more creative videos in real estate.

"We (co-founders Tony Thomas and Jordan Scinta) both found a niche where no one is doing this type of work" Co-founder Tony Thomas said.

Thomas and Scinta have known each other for over 15 years, and in 2017, they saw how the real estate market in the Buffalo area was falling behind new technological trends.

"We're just trying to make sure that they're (real estate agents) able to list the properties in the best way possible" Thomas said.

They do that by using drones, 360 degree cameras, and interactive videos to make any potential homebuyer feel like they are taking a full home tour right from their couch.

"They're going to be on their phones, iPads, their couch scrolling through with VR goggles," Scinta said, "That's how I would want to be looking at a home."

According to Three Sixty Views, listings using these different videos sell 68% faster than ones with traditional photos. This means Three Sixty Views has been able to help move the market into a completely different and technologically forward direction.

"We wanted to change up the way Buffalo was presenting homes" Thomas said.
