The polls are open in the Village of Cherry Creek today from 9am-9pm.
Voters are casting their ballots on a dissolution referendum.
If you are eligible to take part in their election, voting will be at the Cherry Creek Village Hall 6763 Main Street Cherry Creek NY.
The final certification of election results including absentee and affidavit will be available on Thursday February 9th by 4:30PM.
