A Siena College Poll released Monday shows support across the state for ridesharing.
According to the poll, at least 70% of voters from every region and party support Governor Andrew Cuomo's ridesharing proposals.
In response to this, Uber says it's time for Albany to act.
"New Yorkers are tired of telling pollsters, elected officials and community leaders that they want ridesharing in their communities," said Uber Tri-State General Manager Josh Mohrer. "It's time for Albany to ignore NYC special interests and act."
