Cloudy days may be ahead for Solar City, as a state oversight panel holds off a vote to approve on half a billion in additional funding to the solar panel factory in South Buffalo.
This all comes as Federal Prosecutors hand out subpoenas in the face of a couple of Buffalo Billion projects.
The Public Authorities Control Board was set to vote $485 million in funding to Solar City this Wednesday. However, the vote was postponed. The funding is needed to finish the factory.
The Public Authorities Board , headed by Governor Andrew Cuomo, is responsible for approving billions in funding across the state.
