Buffalo Police are looking into an assault after one man was jumped and physically harmed by four other men.
Police say the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday near Elmwood Avenue and Allen Street.
According to officers, a passerby tried to help the victim, but was also assaulted.
Authorities say the two men's injuries do not seem serious at this time. The passerby was treated at a hospital in Niagara County.
