Buffalo Police are investigating a car accident that occurred just after 6 p.m. Saturday at Broadway and Fillmore Avenue.
Police say a vehicle struck a bus shelter and a pedestrian.
The injuries to the pedestrian appear non-life threatening according to police.
The driver was administered narcan at the scene and transported to Buffalo General Hospital.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
