A vehicle lost control and came to rest on a set of railroad tracks along Broadway in Cheektowaga.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Monday near Currier Avenue and Broadway.
The vehicle was traveling down Broadway when it hit a large puddle of water, hydroplaned, flipped over and came to rest on the CSX tracks.
It also took down power lines that run along side the railroad.
The driver was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
