Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says one person was ejected from a UTV after an accident on Robinson Run Road in the Town of Coldspring.
Deputies say the UTV overturned, ejecting and injuring Tyler Yockey.
Yockey was taken by Randolph Ambulance to Cold Spring Fire Department where he was airlifted to Erie County Medical Center by Star Flight.
Yockey was treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries at ECMC.
