"Uber Zone" announced for Bills games at New Era Field

Fans of the Buffalo Bills looking to take an Uber home from the game will find their ride at New Era Field's Uber Zone. The dedicated lot will be a designated pick up location for all people taking an Uber after football games.

The Uber Zone will be in place for Thursday's preseason home opener and available at all remaining preseason and regular season games. It will be located just outside the stadium on the southeast corner of Abbott Road and Big Tree Road.

“As the 2017 football season begins, we look forward to offering Bills fans an easy and convenient way to get to and from New Era Field and cheer on their team," Uber Spokesperson Danielle Filson said in a statement.

The Buffalo Bills are partnering with Uber to offer a discount for new users. Entering the code BUFFALOBILLS15 when signing up to ride will give users a free ride up to $15.

The lot will be marked with signs and also indicated through a feature in the Uber app.

A similar Uber Zone will be available at Sabres games and other events at Key Bank Center, according to Pegula Sports and Entertainment. The location of that zone will be announced at a later date.
