UB to reveal concussion research

The University at Buffalo plans to reveal research findings regarding concussions. They'll make the announcement at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. 

Tuesday's announcement comes just one day after the NFL admitted a link between football and brain injury for the first time ever. 

This ESPN reportreveals a top NFL health official confirmed a link between football related head trauma and CTE.

Tuesday's announcement will be held at the UB New York State Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and Life Sciences at 701 Ellicott Street in Buffalo.

Speakers will include Venu Govindaraju, PhD, vice president for research and economic development at UB, John Leddy, MD, professor of Biomedical Sciences at UB, and Barry S. Willer, PhD, professor of psychiatry and research director at the UB Concussion Management Clinic
