The parents of a four year-old girl found wandering the streets of Jamestown this morning will not face charges.
Police say someone called them to report the girl walking alone this morning. Officers found her in the 800 block of East Second Street.
Detectives tell 7 Eyewitness News the girl got out of her house because another child left the door "unsecured."
Police are not releasing the names of the child's parents.
