Two Niagara Falls students admit they had BB gun enroute to school

Two students in the Niagara Falls City School District were questioned by administrators Tuesday morning after a parent observed them with a BB gun. 

The Abate Elementary School students admitted to they had the BB gun which they left in an abandoned property on Willow Avenue before arriving at school.

Niagara Falls Police were notified. The BB gun was then located and secured by the police department.

District officials say at no time was the BB gun on school premises.

The students are facing school and police consequences.
