The Seneca Nation of Marshals played a pivotal role in helping capture two suspects linked to a foiled bank robbery.

The Marshals were called into action following an attempted bank robbery in downtown Salamanca Thursday afternoon.

According to reports, marshals caught up with the first suspect in Crowley Park, while Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies arrested the second suspect at a home on River Street. Both suspects are said to be men in their 20s.

We put a call into Salamanca police for more information, we were told additional details would be released on Friday.
