The Erie County Sheriff's Office arrested two men involved in an armed robbery after finding the car they used.
According to the victim, a man approached him while he was in his car and pointed a handgun at him. The victim says the man took his wallet and $102.
Deputies say the victim described the man and the vehicle and was able to provide a license plate. Deputies found the car and two men on Caroline Road in the Town of Elma.
Justin Giesler, 18, and Luke Brennan, 18, were arrested.
Officials say Brennan was charged with felony accounts of robbery, conspiracy, and criminal use of a firearm. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, and menacing.
According to deputies, Giesler was charged with felony counts of robbery and conspiracy, and misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
The Sheriff's Office says both men were taken to the Erie County Holding Center. Giesler was released after his arraignment and Brennan is being held on $25,000 bail.
