One man is charged with torturing and injuring animals after two horses were found dead in a barn.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call on Smith Road in the Town of Villenova Tuesday and were able to locate the owner.
Jeffrey Wolfe is also charged with overdriving and failing to provide sustenance. Wolfe is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
