Two men from the Village of Oakfield face felony charges after robbing a local convenience store.
Tyler Penepent, 21, and Justin Smith, 21, are charged with first degree robbery after an incident at the 7-Eleven in the Village of Oakfield.
The robbery took place during the early morning hours of March 14th. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office reports that Penepent and Smith wore ski masks when they entered the store and stole an undetermined amount of cash.
Both suspects were arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
