Two Buffalo men, 26- year-old Jorge Suarez and 25-year-old Gregory Ramos, were indicted on charges in connection with the fatal shooting of Freddie Dizon, an employee at the Anchor Bar Restaurant.

Both men are charged with one count of murder in the second-degree and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second-degree, for allegedly shooting Dizon inside the busy restaurant where he was working back in May.

The defendants, both of whom also have other unrelated cases pending, pled 'not guilty' and remain remanded and in custody. No bail was set, nor was a pre-trail meeting. However, the prosecution did state they are ready for trial as are their witnesses.

This story is on-going.
