Two Buffalo firefighters were hurt working an overnight fire on 14th Street and Rhode Island. Dispatchers said they had minor injuries, but were taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment.

Firefighters were called to the home on Buffalo's west side just after 11:30 p.m. Monday.
Flames were seen coming from the roof of the home, as firefighters worked to vent the fire.
The fire caused about $45,000 damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Initial reports were that the home was vacant.
