A historic stretch on Buffalo's west side has a fresh new look. Schneider Development has unveiled the brand new Turner Brother Lofts on Niagara Street.
The $11 million project boasts 40 high-end market rate apartments, a roof top patio, restaurant and more. The developers repurposed five long-vacant historic buildings into the 55,000 square foot mixed use space. The building stands front and center when you get off I-190 onto Niagara Street in a project that adds to the rebirth happening on Buffalo's west side.
Rents run between $950-$1750 per month. Ru's Pierogi, the restaurant at the Turner Brother Lofts, is expected to open in August.
