A truck driver from out-of-state was issued two summons after slamming his big rig into a bridge in Tonawanda.
Police say Paymon Naderipour, 32, of Fargo, North Dakota crashed into the Fillmore Avenue bridge about 8:30 a.m.
Naderipour was hauling paper products. Police had to shut down the road for some time while they cleaned up the mess and towed away the truck.
Naderipour was not hurt.
