Mayor Byron Brown has announced that garbage and recycling pick up will remain the same during the week of Christmas.
Because the holiday falls on a Sunday, there will be no changes to the pick up schedule.
The schedule will also remain the same during New Year’s week since the holiday also falls on a weekend.
Mayor Brown also reminded residents that the City of Buffalo will hold a Christmas “tree-cycling” and electronics waste recycling event on January 7th at the City of Buffalo Engineering Garage located at 1120 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY.
