Not only is it terribly cold, but the weather also has traffic at a stand still in and around Buffalo.
Flights are also being affected - Buffalo Niagara International Airport is showing several delays and cancelations on flights coming in and out.
According to the airport, the main runway was temporarily closed due to weather conditions.
