New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has banned all tractor-trailers heading on the I-90 between Rochester and the Pennsylvania state line until further notice.
Due to high winds, trucks have been toppling over all across Western New York.

"It gets a little bit scary," said one truck driver. "You're wondering what's going to happen and you're not quite sure."
