The tractor trailer travel ban on the I-90 from exits 32 (Rome) through 48 (Batavia) has been lifted.
The ban went into effect Wednesday at 5 p.m. after state officials determined that conditions were dangerous for commercial vehicles.
Rest areas like TA in Pembroke were lined with hundreds of trailers early Thursday morning due to the ban.
Pembroke is the last exit on the I-90 before Batavia if you're traveling eastbound.
Roads are still very slick, especially towards the Batavia.
State Police ask that you make sure you give yourself extra time and use your best judgment when driving.
