Commuters should expect slower traffic than usual during rush hour on Monday.
State Police say a tractor trailer hit overpass around 11:30am on I-90 Exit 53 ramp onto I-190N, losing an excavator.
The driver was uninjured. The tractor trailer is registered to William D. Lorenz Construction in Clarence.
Police say the scene is still being cleaned up.
