Hassan Musa, a 41-year-old Pennsylvania man arrested for DWI, was arraigned in Tonawanda Court with bail set at $5,000 or $25,000 bond.

Musa, who was driving while intoxicated with four children in the car, is scheduled to appear in Town of Tonawanda Court on August 15th for a felony hearing.

During a traffic stop on August 13th, Town of Tonawanda Police reported a strong smell of alcohol on Musa. He also failed four roadside sobriety tests while on site and was taken into police custody.

Musa was charged for felony DWI under Leandra's Law, endangering the welfare of a child, and other related vehicle and traffic offenses.

The children in the car ranged from ages 9 to 15 and were turned over to relatives. Officials say Child Protective Services will follow-up on the case.
