Thunder of Niagara International Air Show returning to Niagara Falls for 2018

If you like airplanes, get ready: Thunder of Niagara is back for 2018.

Crowds from both sides of the border are expected to flock to the free international air show is set for June 9-10 at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.

Highlights of the show include the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, and Royal Canadian Air Force Snowbirds appearing together.

"It's never happened here at Niagara Falls," said Major Ben Canetti, the director of the show. "It's very rare to see that to see that anywhere in North America."

The U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team will also appear, along with dozens of other aerial and static aircraft displays.
