Three Allegany County teenagers are facing homicide charges after an 18-year-old died of a heroin overdose.  State Police say the four teens drove together to Rochester on October 22nd to buy heroin, and on the way back to Allegany County, one of them died.

Police say 19-year-old Robert Murray Jr., 19-year-old Andrew Elliott, and 17-year-old Spencer Carl drove with 18-year-old Gregory Dunne to Rochester to buy heroin.  On the way back, police say Dunne snorted the heroin and passed out.  The three teens told police they assumed he was asleep, but they eventually realized he wasn't breathing.

The group tried to wake Dunne, but weren't able to.  That's when police say Murray dropped off Elliott and Carl before taking Dunne to Jones Memorial Hospital.

The three teenagers were charged with Criminal Negligent Homicide.  They were arraigned in Amity Court and taken to the Allegany County Jail.
