Witnesses tell West Seneca Police that a car traveling southbound on Seneca Street crossed the center line and struck a northbound Rural Metro ambulance head on.

The driver of the passenger vehicle suffered a serious head injury, according to police. The driver of the ambulance suffered head and leg injuries, and a paramedic in the back of the ambulance suffered a minor head laceration. Police say there was a patient in the back that was uninjured.
