Buffalo Police have arrested three people after the windows of a home on Rees Street were smashed with golf clubs.

Officials say at least four windows were broken around 2:30 a.m. Sunday

Police arrested three SUNY Buffalo State football players for the incident. Ryan Bauer, 20, Stephen Smaldone, 20, and Jordan Rychcik, 18, were all charged with criminal mischief.

"I am extremely disappointed," said Buffalo State Athletic Director and Head Football Coach Jerry Boyes. "The student-athletes charged in this incident will be suspended from the team while the investigation continues. If found guilty, the student-athletes would be subject to additional discipline per team rules or removal from the program."
