A popular Western New York Restaurant has reopened for business after closing nearly one year ago.
“The Place” in the Elmwood Village is now serving food and drinks at the corner of Ashland and Lexington avenues.
The restaurant closed in May 2015 after former owner Kenny Moriarty moved to Florida to be with his family.
The new owners say they want to bring a new twist to its traditional pub roots.
