Home Brews wanted for Erie County Fair Contest

Think you're a home brewmaster? The Erie County Fair is looking for home brewers to submit their best brews for its annual Home Brew Competition.

The winning recipe will be brewed by Flying Bison Brewery and will serve as the official beer of the 2018 Erie County Fair and even have a limited distribution across Western New York.

You can enter up to five different beers for the $20 entry fee.

Here's how it works. You have until the first week in April to brew your beers. Then you need to officially enter your brews online here.

You have to submit two bottles of each beer to one of the following locations:

• Flying Bison Brewery, 840 Seneca Street, Buffalo from 12-8 p.m. on April 5-6.
• Erie County Fair Main Office at the Hamburg Fairgrounds, 5600 McKinley Parkway, Hamburg during regular business hours between April 2-7.

You have to be 21 years old to enter.
