Thanks to you, Operation: Rock Out Hunger was a major success. 

The Food Bank of Western New York was able to raise almost $27,000 in funds. The non-profit organization also collected more than 3,800 turkeys, surpassing the goal of 3,000 turkeys.

DJ Jickster from 97 Rock collected donations in the parking lot of Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital on Maple Road in Williamsville for a week. 

7 Eyewitness News partnered with 97 Rock, Kaleida Health, Liberty Yellow Cab of Buffalo and the Food Bank of Western New York for this year's Operation: Rock Out Hunger. 

Donations weren't just limited to Operation: Rock Out Hunger. The Food Bank of WNY accepts donations of food and funds at its location at 91 Holt Street in Buffalo, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Donations can also be dropped off from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays or online.
