Wellsville Police Department arrested a fugitive from Tennessee Friday.
Police say Matthew Hanbach, 33, from Portland, Tennessee is wanted on several felony warrants in his home state, including aggravated assault, and was driving a stolen car.
According to officials, Hanbach was arraigned in Village Court and is in Allegany County Jail on $10,000 bail.
