Teens busted for parking lot robberies

Police in Niagara Falls arrested Lazarus M. Martin, 16 of Niagara Falls and a 15-year-old on robbery charges.
On Tuesday, police responded the Fashion Outlet Mall for a report of an armed robbery in the parking lot.  While patrols were responding, police in a different area of the parking lot dispatched another report of an armed robbery.  Officers located and detained the 15-year-old suspect.  
Not long after, police tracked down the second suspect, Martin.
Investigators secured both crime scenes and located a black replica gun and ski mask used in the crimes.  
Both suspects were arraigned at the Town of Lewiston Court.  Martin was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $20,000 cash and the 15-year-old was released to a family member.  Both are to return to the Town of Niagara Court on September 21, 2017.
