RANDOLPH, NY (WKBW) - A high-speed chase now has a Cattaraugus County teenager in trouble with the law.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Department says the 15-year-old boy didn't stop when they tried to pull him over while he was driving an ATV through Randolph on August 24.
Instead, he took off, reaching speeds over 80 miles per hour.
He lead deputies on a chase down Main Street, 5th Avenue, Route 394 and Sample Road.
A sheriff's deputy pulled him over and issued him a ticket for fleeing from a police officer.
He's due back in Cattaraugus County Family Court at a later date.
