A 17-year-old has been charged with multiple counts of rape after one of the victims, under the age of 11, initially told a school official about the incident.
Attica Police and the Genesee County Sheriff's Office began a joint investigation after the young victim came forward. Additional victims came forward during the investigation, resulting in multiple charges. All of the victims were under the age of 11.
Leonard Hahn IV had a previous association with the victims, according to police.
Hahn was arraigned in Attica Village Court Wednesday. Bail was set at $100,000 cash/$200,000 bond on the Attica charges. He was taken back to the Genesee County Sheriff Office Jail pending further actions by Genesee and Wyoming Counties District Attorney Office.s
